From our very first meeting at my condominium located at 3000 The Plaza in Irvine (a luxury high rise property), Michael was superbly prepared with complete market analysis data and shared multiple professional, beautiful, colorful marketing brochures and direct mail items printed on top quality thick glossy paper stock, which he most definitely distributed in large volumes to key targeted prospects as promised, including advertising on moe than 36 web sites! Michael and I meticulously choreographed all staging/decorating items throughout the entire home, including right down to the closet interiors. As a result, the photography results (which included computer generated optional/flexible floor plan layouts) were superb for the marketing materials used. Michael knows this tower property and all of the competition in the area and is literally a "Master Showman" Michael enthusiastically presents and demonstrated my home's many upgraded features during all "showings" and always gave complete tours of the numerous luxurious ammenties throughout the tower to prospects. We communicated several times each week, met frequently when needed and he and Tammy were easily accessible 7 days a week. Michael and Tammy carefully explained the entire process, step by step, every step of the way beginning from the initial listing and both continued to so well after the final close of escrow.
